Thanks for looking!
Wow,
It's been almost 7 months since I've drawn anything! There's been a lot going on in my life, including a move from Okinawa Japan back to the states. But I guess that's no excuse now is it. I'm now living in Quantico Virginia. I was diagnosed with a rare autoimmune disease that will probably keep me from working outside my home, since for one week out of every month I have to go get treatments for my diease. Maybe it's fate, and I'm meant to spend more time on my art, so I don't know why I'm not! I guess I need a little motivation. Coming back here and checking out DA and all the deviations helps. I'd like to say thanks to everyone who left me a lot of great feedback on my work. I'm sorry I wasn't around to acknowledge it. I hope to be an active part of DA again soon.

Please take care of yourself, Bonnie. Don't push or hurt yourself right now. Even though I terribly miss seeing your artwork (I truly do!) please don't hurt yourself in the process. Sometimes we need a break for TLC, clearing the mind, relaxation, whatever. But I'm also SO glad to hear that you are starting to feel a bit more motivated! I really look forward to seeing more of you and seeing work from you again!
Many many hugs to you!

Welcome back! We're here with whatever support and love we can give via the internet (at least whatever's legal!) I cannot wait to see you come out w/ new work.
As for your illness, I know that you'll beat whatever is going on. If you need inspiration or anything go to [link] It's a website dedicated to a documentary that is really quite uplifting.
Again, whatever you need, let us know.

My illness was getting me down. My motivation to draw was in the crapper. I couldn't stay focused on anything. Now things are better for me healthwise since I'm getting treatments. I just need to get rolling again with drawing. Moving really messes up your routine too! I'm still getting use to my new environment.
